After multiple agents had been unsuccessful in finding suitable and deliverable investors we were instructed.
We used our connections and network to find two separate HNWI individuals, one from Vietnam and one from Israel to agree two separate deals of roughly 30 apartments each.
We were not able to run any marketing campaigns publicly and had to be highly discreet in nature when approaching investors and other contacts in search for a buyer.
We advised and introduced the purchasers on suitable lettings and managing agents to successfully achieve maximum returns on their recently purchases assets.
We guided our client to completion on both deals allowing them a complete exit during challenging times during and post covid.
Our client was a well-known investment management company who were extremely pleased to have secured an exit allowing them opportunity to focus resources on other opportunities.
